✓Ability to provide safe, effective respiratory care to pediatric and neonatal patients.
✓Ability to assess patients, interpret diagnostic information, and safely administer respiratory therapies.
✓Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environment.
✓Experience caring for neonatal and pediatric patients requiring advanced respiratory support.
Previous experience caring for pediatric and/or neonatal patients. preferred
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills. preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment. preferred
Experience providing compassionate, family-centered care in a high-acuity setting. preferred
Experience serving as a preceptor or supporting the education of respiratory therapists and healthcare students. preferred
