Program Options: Float to 4 McLeod Hospital locations = $45/hr.; minimum of 12 hour shift every 6 weeks. Float to 6 McLeod Hospital locations = $50/hr.; minimum of 24 hours every 6 weeks. Long Term Assignment = work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $25/hr. plus $1,080 stipend each week.
Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option. Long Term Assignment= work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $55/hr. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option
Shift differentials are accrued on top of base hourly rates listed above. Evening 3p-11p = $1.50/hr. Nights 11p-7a = $2.50/hr.
Weekend begins Friday 3p to Monday 7a = $3.00/hr. Candidates must have 2 years current RT experience.
