Clean, disinfect, and prepare respiratory therapy equipment for use Set up and clean bronchoscopes and procedure tools Handle and label patient samples Stock supplies and ensure procedure rooms are ready Help build and restock respiratory therapy carts Transport equipment and support respiratory therapists with basic tasks Follow all infection control and safety protocols Ideal Candidates will have : Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Able to stand for long periods and lift equipment Previous healthcare or hospital experience (not required ) Familiarity with respiratory or sterile processing equipment , (not required ) Good communication and organizational skills Full Time (36 hrs /week) - 12 hour shifts Day Shift (7a-7p)
The Respiratory Therapy Assistant role is responsible for performing multiple duties that require an expertise in the assembly, transport, disinfection, calibration and troubleshooting of respiratory related equipment in addition to performing electrocardiograms. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
High School diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.

The pay range for this position is $19.87 to $23.75 per hour.
