Day
Submits approved invoices to the accounting department for processing. Manages conflicts and resolves issues assertively and effectively. Achieves and exceeds monthly budgeted sales goals.
Oversees day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth operations. Manages stock levels and makes key decisions about inventory control. Analyzes sales figures to forecast future sales and maximize profits.
Utilizes information technology for recording sales figures and data analysis. Researches and implements new strategies to improve sales and meet customer demands. Addresses staffing issues, including hiring, training, and development.
Responds to customer complaints and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. Negotiates with vendors regarding pricing, costs, and shipping terms. Handles timekeeping and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Performs other duties as assigned.
