Under the direction of the Pharmacist, this position will assist with the process of preparing, dispensing, and monitoring medications as prescribed and ordered by a licensed provider and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Must promote teamwork and be a role model to others. This position is a benefited full-time role, totaling 40 hours per week, schedule to be determined.
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm. Qualifications High School grad or equivalent Demonstrated excellent customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks and be a self-starter Proficient computer and cash register skills Strong organization and communication skills Previous Retail experience preferred Registered as a pharmacy technician with the State of Nebraska Board of Pharmacy or obtained within first 30 days Certification as a Pharmacy Technician preferred and/or required within 12 months of date of hire Previous Pharmacy Technician experience, in a retail setting preferred
