✓Current Pharmacy Technician registration or licensure with Iowa Board of Pharmacy
Certifications
✓National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred or required within one year after hire
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent required
Qualifications
✓Retail Pharmacy Tech
✓Pharmacy Operations
✓Receive, interpret, and process prescription orders under pharmacist supervision
✓Enter prescription data accurately into the pharmacy system
✓Prepare, label, and package medications for dispensing
✓Assist patients at the pharmacy counter and drive-through, including prescription pickup and payment processing
✓Answer phones and route questions or clinical concerns to the pharmacist appropriately
