Revenue Cycle Manager - Billing - Behavioral Health

Salary: $105,421.89 - $147,605.13 Annually. Under general direction, plans, organizes, manages, and directs Ventura County Behavioral Health (VCBH) Revenue Cycle operations supporting Inpatient, Outpatient Mental Health, and Substance Use Disorder services provided by County programs and contracted providers. Provides leadership and oversight of billing operations, accounts receivable, reimbursement processes, revenue integrity, fiscal analysis, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
