Assesses training needs within the assigned area and recommends process improvements. Collaborates in the development and revision of training materials and programs to enhance effectiveness. Prepares and conducts presentations, demonstrations, and special training sessions as needed.
Regularly audits departmental quality and productivity, analyzes findings, and recommends targeted educational remediation. Participates in performance improvement initiatives. Provides on-site auditing, monitoring, and workflow support to ensure adherence to revenue cycle best practices.
Coordinates and schedules on-the-job and refresher training in collaboration with employees and management.
