Status: ExemptA Brief OverviewThe Risk Data Analyst provides specialized data analysis, reporting, and system support to the Risk Management, Patient Safety, and Regulatory/Accreditation programs across Stormont Vail Health. This position supports proactive risk identification by collecting, validating, sorting, analyzing, and visualizing reported claims, incident reports, near misses, risk assessments, complaints, regulatory findings, and other safety-related data to identify potential risk factors before they reach or impact the patient. The Risk Data Analyst transforms complex data into actionable insights that support leaders in prioritizing risk, reducing harm, strengthening safety culture, and meeting regulatory and accreditation requirements. This role also maintains, troubleshoots, configures, and supports the Risk Management safety event and contract management system.Education QualificationsBachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Informatics, or related field. Five (5) years’ work experience in a related field may be substituted for education.
