Licensure
✓Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP), or other equivalent clinical discipline required (For RNs practicing under a multistate compact license, the compact license must be issued by the nurse's primary state of residence).
Certifications
Professional certification in risk management or patient safety (e.g., CPHRM) preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant clinical experience required.
✓Strong knowledge of patient safety principles, event investigation methodologies, root cause analysis, and applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
✓Demonstrated ability to analyze complex clinical situations, identify risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
✓Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, leaders, and multidisciplinary teams.
