Licensure
✓Delegate and supervise care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP)
✓Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License
✓Professional nursing board certification - Required within 2 years of hire (or when eligible, if eligibility requires more than 2 years of experience)
Professional nursing board certification preferred at hire
Education
✓Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required at the time of hire
✓RNs hired without a BSN must obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
