Licensure
✓Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
✓Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or specialty certification applicable to clinical area
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
✓Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Qualifications
✓Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation
✓Effective verbal and written communication
✓Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
✓Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

✓Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and infection control standards

Looking for highly motivated and engaged individuals who can adapt in any environment to provide high quality safe care to patients. 29 bed unit average daily census 24-29 patients. Nurse patient ratio 1:4. preferred
Will consider new grad RN's. preferred
