Licensure
✓Current/Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas or compact state licensure required.
Certifications

Education
✓Graduate of accredited school of nursing required.

Qualifications
✓Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training within 30 days of hire date and annually thereafter.
✓Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation (ANE) competency training completed prior to competition of orientation and annually thereafter.
✓Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other computer applications required to support clinical documentation and patient care to be effective on assigned units.
✓Demonstrates cultural competence and the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
✓Successfully completes all required orientation, competency validation, and annual competency assessment associated with the position.

✓Minimum of two (2) years of frontline nursing leadership or management experience and three (3) years of clinical nursing experience required; behavioral health leadership experience preferred.
