Demonstrates a willingness to maintain a harmonious working relationship with physicians and other staff members. Performs comprehensive assessments on patients to determine nursing needs and plans appropriate interventions. Identifies and anticipates patient care problems, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
Attends mandatory hospital in-services and department staff meetings regularly. Demonstrates proficiency in aseptic techniques and radiation protection during invasive procedures.
