Under the Supervision or direction of a Shift Manager, performs various duties assisting the nursing staff in the treatment and care of patients of all ages, in accordance with the established methods and procedures of the hospital. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Minimum

Perform routine tasks under the supervision of license nurse. 7. Take patient's temperate, pulse, and respiration rate. Take blood pressure and report to the nurse abnormal results. 8.
Observe patient's physical, mental, and emotional conditions. 9. Observe fluid intake and output. 10. Empty bedpans and change dirty linens. 11.
Follow proper procedures for lifting and moving patients. 12. General knowledge of basic bedside nursing. Performs daily assigned duties, i.e., linen, water, dirty utility room, routine work station clearing, etc. in timely manner. 17. Schedules and completes tasks with minimal supervision and in a timely manner. 18.
Is adaptable and responsive to change (including floor assignments). 19. Knows and follows chain of command and maintains confidentiality of information.
