Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Supervise the nursing team on an 18-bed unit, ensuring safe patient-to-nurse ratios (goal 1:3). Unit Management: Coordinate patient flow, including admissions and discharges for a diverse population (post-cath lab, surgical recovery, and complex medical cases). Technical Oversight: Provide expertise in managing life-sustaining equipment, cardiac monitors, chest tubes, arterial lines, and titrated medication drips.
