Uses various teaching techniques related to childbirth preparation, breastfeeding, infant care, maternal/infant support, and Safe Sleep practices. Discusses Infant Safe Sleep guidelines in all classes. Ensures class content is accurate and evidence-based.
Meets the educational needs of participants. Educates the community about childbirth education. Maintains satisfactory participation and attendance at meetings and staff development programs.
Adheres to hospital confidentiality policy. Keeps supplies clean and orderly. Other duties as assigned.
Ensures all educational sessions are engaging, informative, and tailored to meet the needs of diverse families. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and ability to work with others. Works independently with supervisor support.
