You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current RN licensure in the state of practice or compact state required.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within timeframe specified in facility policy.
Education
✓Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or Administration preferred.
Qualifications
✓Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✓Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
✓Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement processes.
✓Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
✓Minimum of 2 years of acute care inpatient nursing experience required.
Experience in patient care coordination, quality improvement, and leadership preferred.
