Two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts per week ChristianaCare Hospital Hemodialysis Unit is seeking an RN Clinical Educator. The position requires: Working two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts per week Responsibilities split between clinical education and direct patient care assignments Flexibility to work the at both the Newark and Wilmington Hemodialysis units. The Unit The Hemodialysis Units comprises 16 beds and focuses on providing care to patients of all ages with acute or chronic kidney-related diseases.
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing each patient's needs and delivering appropriate care to address those needs. Education and Experience
Delaware RN license or Compact Nursing License BSN preferred ADN candidates are required to obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire date. A minimum of two years of clinical hemodialysis experience required . 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting required. BLS required, additional specialty certifications as needed.
(ACLS, PALS, etc.) Specialty certification preferred. Hourly
$42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
