We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations, develop high‑performing teams, and deliver exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for RN leaders with emergency department experience, strong clinical operations management skills, and a passion for team development, patient experience, and quality outcomes.

You’ll partner closely with Deaconess and Intuitive Health leadership to ensure seamless ER/Urgent Care operations. Key Leadership Responsibilities Clinical team leadership for non‑physician staff Emergency department workflow oversight Recruiting, onboarding, and training clinical staff Staff scheduling + workforce planning Quality assurance + performance improvement Patient experience management Regulatory + accreditation compliance Cross-functional collaboration with Program Director, Medical Director, and Deaconess leadership Required Qualifications BSN required Active RN license (state of practice) 5+ years nursing experience 2+ years ED leadership or charge nurse experience Current ACLS + PALS/ENPC Strong communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills Ability to lead teams in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
