Assign and manage Clinical Supervisors across client populations Oversee care coordination, orientation, and clinical quality initiatives Ensure compliance with contracts, programs, and regulatory requirements Support quality and budget management efforts Lead hiring, training, and development of clinical staff Prepare for and participate in regulatory audits (e.g., Joint Commission, ACHC) Maintain accurate documentation and uphold internal standards
