✓Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nursing Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate License
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
✓Three (3) years of healthcare management and operational experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Healthcare administration. preferred
Knowledge of human resource management including supervision and staff development. preferred
Knowledge of computer systems and applications. Knowledge and understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, and decision- making. preferred
Skill in developing and maintaining effective relationships with physician, coworkers, staff, patients, and others as needed. preferred
Ability to communicate clearly. preferred
Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and direct the work of others. preferred
Exhibits skill set for effective leadership including communication expertise, disciplinary skills and coping management through past experience for exhibited performance. preferred
Previous oncology experience preferred.
