Coordinate daily clinical operations of the ASC Endoscopy area assigned either post anesthesia care unit (PACU) and preoperative area in accordance with established Federal, State, and JCAHO regulations and Center policies and procedures Coordinates with Managers and Director actions related to the clinical and nursing activities such as staffing, Policy and Procedure, educational activities in the preoperative / PACU area, promoting Quality Improvement Program, Infection Control and Safety plans Coordinates proper use of equipment, supplies and controlled drugs, and accurate medical record documentation You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher Texas RN license American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) obtain within 90 days 3 Years RN experience in PACU, PreOp, Endoscopy Experience in pre-operative patient assessment and preparation required Driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) 3 Years of Endoscopy experience RN experience in Pre-Op, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
