About the role

The Noncertified Dialysis Nurse provides specialized care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. You will work closely with nephrologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.

What you’ll do
Assess patients’ health statusAssess patients’ health status and monitor vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatments
Administer dialysis treatments accordingAdminister dialysis treatments according to established protocols and individualized care plans
Educate patients and theirEducate patients and their families about dialysis processes, diet, and medication management
Collaborate with the healthcareCollaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-dateMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all care provided and any changes in patient condition
