Job Summary and Qualifications The Director PCU ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
What qualifications you will need: BSN required; Masters Degree in Nursing, Business, or Health related field preferred Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation(if multistate license, must change primary state of residence within 90 days) required BLS required 5+ years of applicable experience required; 2+ years of management/leadership experience preferred Benefits HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
