About the role

Provider Support & Care Coordination: Serve as a key support to providers by managing clinical workflows, coordinating care, and ensuring timely follow-up on patient needs.
Results Management & Patient Follow-Up: Review lab and diagnostic results, communicate findings to patients, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care under provider direction.
Inbasket Monitoring & Communication: Actively manage the EHR inbasket by responding to patient messages, refill requests, and provider communications in a timely and professional manner.
Triage & Clinical Assessment: Perform phone and electronic triage to assess patient concerns, prioritize needs, and escalate appropriately to providers.
Limited Clinical Duties: Provide in-person clinical support, including administering injections or assisting with minor procedures, only when necessary. Position

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
