As an Emergency Department RN, you'll provide expert nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute and emergent healthcare needs. Working alongside physicians and an interdisciplinary care team, you'll assess, prioritize, and manage patient care in a dynamic environment where your skills and critical thinking make a meaningful impact every day.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. Respond quickly and effectively to complex and rapidly changing patient conditions. Accurately document patient care and clinical interventions.
Coordinate and delegate care appropriately within the healthcare team. Collaborate with providers, patients, families, and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcomes. Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and professional development initiatives.
Maintain and expand clinical expertise through ongoing learning and education. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire. Minimum one year of recent Emergency Department or Critical Care experience within the last three years. Demonstrated ability to independently manage: Cardiac patients Complex medical/surgical patients Pediatric patients Multiple-trauma patients
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
