This facility will bring advanced emergency and outpatient services to one of the fastest-growing communities in North Texas in Midlothian. The 25,000-square-foot first floor will open with comprehensive clinical services, while the second floor is planned for future expansion, including physician office space Address: 2251 S 14th St, Midlothian, TX 76065 Our Grand Opening is scheduled for February 2027! Day and Night Shift Positions are Available!

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs. Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.

Monitor patient progress, regularly review, and adjust care plans based on patient responses and outcomes. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure everyone is informed and involved in the care process. Document patient information accurately, including assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes in the patient's medical record.

Administer medications and treatments safely, ensuring adherence to protocols and patient safety. Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans to promote understanding and compliance. Supervise and direct the activities of nursing and support staff, ensuring adherence to care standards and evaluating performance.

Evaluate discharge planning needs and coordinate patients' discharge requirements to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home or another care facility. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and established policies, procedures, and protocols. Address and resolve issues related to patient care, staffing, and resource allocation, implementing solutions to improve processes and outcomes.

Performs other duties as assigned.
