Your primary fu nction i s to be responsible for the overall movement of patients in a safe and efficient manner. This position will facilitate all patient care activities and be a liaison with the Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse and attending to ensure that care can be delivered in an efficient and safe manner. You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.
In this role you will : Demonstrate knowledge and application of the nursing process . Work in conjunction with the ER providers and admitting physicians to determine the appropriate admission status and level of care . Facilitate and foster communication, patient flow, staff support, regulatory compliance, care coordination, transfers, and policy and process development.
Coordinate care delivery within the organization . Identify process gaps, coordinate change strategies, and assist in implementation of change management. Job
Associates Degree in Nursing or Diplom a in Nursing Required, Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required . Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
