RN - Endoscopy - Encinitas

Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas has served North County’s coastal communities since 1978. Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas’ campus includes Scripps Clinic Encinitas and an outpatient imaging center.

We’re home to notable specialty programs including a 24-hour emergency room, accredited stroke care, physical rehabilitation services (including a brain injury day treatment program), our Baby Friendly birthing pavilion and a Level II neonatal intensive care unit. T his is a Full Time benefited RN position with varied shifts at Encinitas. Intra-Unit: Must be a current Scripps Employee at Scripps Encinitas Endoscopy Department for consideration Provides direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice.

Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

Required: Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN in an acute care setting Current CA RN License. Current BLS through the American Heart Association Current ACLS through the American Heart Association Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English Excellent interpersonal skills.
