As a RN Field Nurse, you will: Assessment of the status of nursing needs of assigned patients, implements the individualized patient care plan, evaluates the effectiveness of the care plan, and modifies as appropriate. Responsible for promoting and maintaining optimal client care. responses to actual or potential health problems. Makes the initial nursing evaluation visit.
Re-evaluates the client's nursing needs as required. Initiates the plan of care and necessary revisions. Counsels and instructs the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
