Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate from a school of nursing. Completion of an AORN-RN First Assistant program, which includes didactic and clinical components.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Two years perioperative RN or RNFA experience. If working in the CVOR, minimum experience of three years as an RN or Surgical Tech in the CVOR. ADDITIONAL REQUIRED
Certified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR) certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
