Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients: Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients. Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately. Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader.

Works collaboratively with physician. Reviews orders. Reports abnormal lab values and significant changes in patient findings.

Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs. Job Requirements Required Associate Of Nursing ADN - Associate Degree in Nursing Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience Registered Nurse: CA RN License Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days Preferred BSN 2 years or greater recent periop experience as circulating and/or scrubbing RN or clinical nursing in Tele, CCU or ED Experience as RN in CVOR, Ortho, Neuro, General, Robotics, GYN, Advanced Endoscopy, Hybrid procedures andurology highly preferred Where You'll Work Founded in 1940, Dignity Health - Marian Regional Medical Center is a 191-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in Santa Maria, California.
