RN Role/Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care for al patients on the Child, Adolescent, Stabilization and Adult Units. The Registered Nurse prescribes, coordinates and delegates nursing care and oversees the unit activites for each shift. The Registered Nurse completes nursing assessments and documents care and progress of the patient each shift Nurse is also responsible for completing the Columbia Suicide Assessment on all new admissions and on any patient that has a change in their suicide risk level.
