Short Description: Candidates will be placed in our Graduate Nurse Residency Program if they are: Graduating (or graduated) from an accredited school of nursing prior to cohort start date Have 6 months or less of RN experience or is a new graduate nurse Possess a valid Connecticut RN license. Please include the following documents with your application: Cover Letter & Resume (Please make sure the cover letter is attached to the front of your resume and submitted as one document) State that you are a nurse resident, the number of months you have been practicing as an RN, your top 3 clinical areas of interest and your professional short- and long-term goals.
