Certifications
✓Obtains and maintains American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider
✓Basic Life Support (required)
Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) certification preferred
Cert Hospice Pall Nurse (preferred)
Education
✓Associates Degree Nurse or Bachelors of Science Nursing Degree
✓Associates (required)
Bachelors (preferred)
Qualifications
✓Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current insurance coverage
✓Employment contingent upon successful completion of:

✓Immunization Records
✓Rarely (Less than ½ hour per day

Two years of Home Health, Hospice, ER, or ICU experience preferred
