Develop, implement, and evaluateDevelop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for patients with complex medical conditions
Provide nursing care toProvide nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions, stroke, multi-organ dysfunction, and other conditions requiring intermediate-level monitoring
Recognize changes in patientRecognize changes in patient condition and communicate significant findings promptly to physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team
