About the role

The Infusion Nurse is a skilled Registered Nurse who demonstrates a high level of comprehensive understanding of pharmacological and nursing principles for all age groups. The Infusion Nurse works independently, providing individualized care that meets patient needs and infusion therapy goals.

What you’ll do
Outpatient and Inpatient ReferralsOutpatient and Inpatient Referrals, processing and implementation of therapy plans, scheduling for patients
Daily and weekly reviewDaily and weekly review of therapy plans that include authorization, new prescriptions, and discontinued plans
Possesses familiarity with thePossesses familiarity with the hospital environment and care codes, including appropriate responses
