Qualifications Current Montana RN license (or compact license) required CPR/BLS certification required ACLS & NHISS within 6 months of hire/transfer Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Compassion for geriatric and medically complex residents Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
As a Registered Nurse, you will: Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in patient conditions Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and safely Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patients’ physical and mental status Maintain high standards of infection prevention and resident safety Anticipate care needs and coordinate timely interventions Collaborate closely with the night shift care team to ensure seamless patient care
Night Shift - 12 Hours
Full-time, 36 hours per week (12-hour night shifts) Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
