Days 7a-7p APPLICATION MUST BE FILLED OUT ENTIRELY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR INTERVIEW PROCESS Scope of Responsibility Registered Nurses will communicate with physicians, unit director, and co-workers as appropriate regarding changes in the patient’s clinical condition. Other duties to include is to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment, perform general nursing duties in the Inpatient Rehabilitation setting with minimal supervision and to participate in performance improvement activities.
