Qualifications
✓Manage complex labor patients with confidence and clinical expertise
✓Monitor and interpret fetal heart tracings
✓Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for mothers and babies
✓Respond effectively during high-risk deliveries and obstetric emergencies
✓Educate, support, and advocate for patients and their families throughout the birth experience
✓Serve as a trusted clinical resource and mentor to fellow caregivers
✓Participate in quality improvement and professional practice initiatives
✓Minimum one year of recent Labor & Delivery experience, or currently practicing independently within an L&D department
Experience caring for high-acuity obstetric patients preferred
