✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Current Montana RN license or a multistate compact RN license with authorization to practice in Montana required.
Certifications
✓ACLS and NRP must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer
✓RQI Provider (BLS) required within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever occurs first.
✓Additional certifications may be required based on the assigned area.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Qualifications
✓Previous Labor and Delivery or LDRP nursing experience required. Only candidates with relevant obstetric nursing experience will be considered.
✓STABLE and Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) must be obtained within 1 year of hire/transfer.
✓Strong clinical judgment, prioritization, organization and communication skills.
✓Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
✓Working knowledge of patient confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA.
✓Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn required clinical software.
✓Help provide expert, compassionate care during some of life's most important moments!
