$28.00 - $32.00 per hour ? Sign-On Bonus: $1,200 - $1,750 ? Weekly Pay
Maxim: 1:1 Care Flexible Scheduling Multiple Patient Openings Available Throughout Knoxville & Surrounding Areas Competitive Pay & Weekly Paychecks Health, Dental, Vision, HSA and Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Savings Plan MaxCares Awards Program Responsibilities Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care to pediatric patients in the school and/or home setting Follow the patient's plan of care and physician orders Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient condition and report changes to the clinical team Assist with trach care, ventilator care, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, diabetic care, and other skilled nursing needs as applicable Maintain accurate and timely documentation Partner with patients and families to deliver high-quality care
Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Tennessee Current Health Certificate (per facility). Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
One year prior LPN experience preferred. Maxim
