Day shift | Full-time | Alternating nurse leader on-call rotation. How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead daily operations, staffing, workflow, and nursing resources for assigned unit(s), ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and timely resolution of care delivery issues. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards; develop, implement, and enforce unit policies and procedures to support operational excellence.
Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering professional development and team performance. Manage departmental budget and financial resources, monitoring expenditures, purchases, and staffing costs to maintain compliance with budget targets. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted .
Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
