Job Summary As Nursing Manager, level 2 RN, you shape a positive team environment, ensure high-quality nursing practices, teamwork, and patient safety. You create plans, implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and manage quality improvement efforts. Arrange educational programs to meet goals and act as caregiver when needed.
of the Role Formulate and communicate a clear vision for nursing practices within your area of responsibility. Involve supervisory and other staff in setting and accomplishing departmental goals. Continually update your knowledge base with the latest evidence-backed clinical and leadership practices.
