Day shift l Full-time How you’ll make an impact in this role Patient Intake & Care: Room patients, record vitals, prepare patients for exams, perform EKGs, and conduct point-of-care testing. Clinical Triage &
Triage incoming calls/inboxes, deliver lab results, provide pre/post-op and disease education, and coordinate with physicians as needed. Administrative & Authorizations: Process prior authorizations for medications, imaging, and surgeries, assist with scheduling, and manage office messages. Practice Support: Execute routine lab work, administer vaccines, support clinical quality metrics, and collaborate as a proactive team player.
Schedule will vary between 8 a.m. â 4:30 p.m. or 9 a.m. â 5:30 p.m., Monday â Friday. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. Additional Preferences: Minimum of 2 years RN experience. Prior medical office experience.
