Job Summary As a Seasonal RN, you align with our nursing model, manage patient care, evaluate, recognize, create, implement care plans. Monitor patient progress is also vital. Your knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system safely, reducing complications.

of the Role Using good judgment and clinical reasoning, conduct thorough assessments following practice standards. Identify patient and family needs, then develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans accordingly. Make adjustments as needed.
Creating safe, therapeutic environments for patients, families, and staff. Managing emotional and physical pain to promote recovery and prevent unnecessary suffering. Key Success Factors Comprehensive knowledge of standards and procedures in nursing and patient care.
Effective communication skills to articulate thoughts clearly and interact with diverse groups of people. Proficient problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to provide quality patient care. Flexibility and excellent communication for sharing changes in patient health conditions promptly and efficiently.
