Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire 1 year Nursing experience.

Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated
