Job Specifics: Our Medical Unit comprises 26 beds. We cater to a diverse patient group including, but not limited to, individuals with organ failure (such as kidney, liver, etc.), pneumonia, gastrointestinal bleeds, stroke, detoxification needs, general weakness, sepsis, seizures, covid, those undergoing chemotherapy, and end-of-life care patients. Location: 744 S.

Day/PM or Day/Night rotation & weekend rotation (every other or every third based on unit needs)
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures.
The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
