About the role

The primary diagnoses for medical patients include but are not limited to: cellulitis, pneumonia, heart failure, urinary tract infection, asthma, septicemia, renal disease, gastrointestinal bleed, COPD, altered mental status, and syncopy. The patients cared for on the unit are adults, 18-64 years old and geriatric patients, 65+ years old.
